As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your affiliate experience, we are excited to confirm that our new self-billing tool is officially launching with January payments.
Our new self-billing tool is designed to make your life simpler. The system can now automatically generate invoices for you, eliminating the need for manual input. All you need to do is ensure your biller details in the invoice settings and your payment details under payment instructions are up-to-date.
Key Steps to Enable Automatic Invoicing:
- Log in to your affiliate account.
- Navigate to the “Finances” tab.
- Under the “Payment Instructions” sub-tab, enter your bank details.
- Under the “Invoice Settings” sub-tab, select VAT in the “Tax name” field. In the “Biller details” text box, make sure you add only your company details in this order: Company name, address, organisation number, VAT number.
Add a correct Tax Rate:
- If an affiliate company is registered in Malta, please enter a tax rate of 18%.
- For companies registered in any other country, the tax rate should be set at 0%. Remember to also write “Reverse charge” in the “Tax note” field.

The self-billing feature will be applicable to the following wallets:
- Speedy Originals Ltd (Speedy Casino Sweden, Speedy Bet Sweden)
- Paf New Tech Ltd (Golden Bull Sweden)
- Paf MT Ltd (Casino Epic Sweden)
- Paf International Plc (Paf Sweden, Paf Spain, SpeedyBet Spain, Pinata Casino Spain, Golden Bull Spain)
- Speedy Ltd (X3000 Sweden)
- SIA Paf Latvija (Paf Latvia)
- SIA Viensviens (11 Latvia)
- SIA X3000 (X3000 Latvia)
Please note that the new self-billing feature is not applicable to Paf Estonia and X3000 Estonia brands.
Remember that you can download invoices from your affiliate account around every mid-month. Basically the invoices are available for downloading as soon as the commission is paid out.
This serves as our final reminder regarding the necessary details needed from you for our new self-billing feature. Without the required biller and payment details in the invoice settings and payment instructions, your payments will be disabled.
